Abstract: This form is used by SSA to verify or disprove a claimant's allegation regarding pension based on noncovered employment after 1956. It also shows whether the claimant is eligible for the pension before 1986. The respondents are employers of people who are eligible after 1985 for both a Social Security benefit and a pension based on work not covered by SSA.
