SUBJECT: Request for Approval of the Predominantly Black Institutions Program Application (CFDA 84.New)
Attached for your review and approval is the application package for the Predominantly Black Institutions Program. We are requesting a three-year approval. The application will be used for the Fiscal Year 2008 competition, which will be held in Spring 2008.
The attached ICR Part I, ICR Part II, Supporting Statement, and the Application for the Predominantly Black Institutions program are being submitted as required for approval of a data collection instrument.
I recommend that you transmit the package to OMB for review and clearance.
