Abstract: Information is collected under the authority of Title IV, Part J of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act of 2007. The information collection of this discretionary grant application package falls under the Streamlining Plan OMB No. 1890.0001. The collection of information is for the purpose of obtaining programmatic and budgetary information needed to evaluate applications and to make funding recommendatiions based on the authorizing statute and the published selection criteria.
