Abstract: Renovators of target housing are required to provide EPA's lead hazard information pamphlet to owners and occupants before beginning renovations for compensation. Renovators are also required to reveal the nature and extent of renovations in common areas of multifamily housing to occupants prior to beginning renovations for compensation.
