Section 1.2105 requires several
information collecion requirements. There are certification
reporting requirements. Among other things, it requires any auction
applicant that makes or receives a communication of bids or bidding
strategies prohibited by this section, to report such a
communication to the Commission in writing immediately, but in no
case later than five business days after the communication
occurs.
There is no change in burden.
The Commission had to split the affected public for entry in ROCIS
(create another IC) for state, local or tribal government. There
are no changes to the reporting requirements. The title has been
modified to reflect the actual title of the rule section.
