SUBJECT: Revision of a Currently Approved Form for Approval by the Office of Management and Budget: Form EOIR-33/IC and EOIR-33/BIA (Alien’s Change of Address Forms for the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals)

Attached is the information collection request (ICR) for the Alien’s Change of Address Forms for the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals, Form EOIR-33/IC and Form EOIR-33/BIA (OMB #1125-0004), as required for certification and submission to the Office of Management and Budget. The purpose of this change of address form is for individuals in immigration proceedings before the Immigration Court or the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board) to report any change of address. The information is used by the Immigration Courts and the Board to determine where to send the notice of the next administrative action or of any decision.
