Abstract: Section 207 of the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998 (PL 105-332) authorizes grants to consortia to carry out tech-prep education programs that involve the location of a secondary school on the campus of a community college. The decrease in estimated annual burden and costs in 2009-2010 are due to the anticipated closeout of 14 Cohort 2 Tech Prep Demonstration projects funded in 2003.
