This rule would implement a reservation system restricting the number of unscheduled aircraft arrivals at Chicago's O'Hare Intl. Airport. Respondents would be any operator seeking approval to conduct such an arrival during the peak hours.
In addition to Chicago O'Hare, The FAA is revising this collection to add similar reporting and recordkeeping burden for unscheduled operations at Kennedy and Newark.
