Other changes** HUD requests a change to this information collection. HUD (in compliance with the Energy Policy Act of 2005) has added a monitoring tool to ensure that appliances/major systems are replaced with Energy Star or energy efficient products. A yes/no checkbox was added to HUD 9250. Additionally, instructions were added for clarity, requirements in accordance with HUD Handbook 4350.1, REV.1. The instructions are listed in the current submission. This change does not impact the currently approved burden hours for respondents. The revision will be completed by HUD staff only.
