Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.11(c), OMB files this comment on this information collection request (ICR). In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, OMB is withholding approval at this time. The Standard for the Flammabilty of Residential Upholstered Furniture standard would establish performance requirements and certification and labeling requirements for upholstered furniture. Manufacturers of upholstered furniture would be required to certify compliance with the standard and to comply with certain recordkeeping requirements.
