Instructions: Submit original copies of transfer application to the above address; copies will not be accepted. A written response will be
provided within 30 days of receipt of this form. Questions regarding the general category IFQ transfer program should be directed to
the Sustainable Fisheries Division at (978) 281-9315.
IFQ ownership cap restrictions: An individual vessel may not have more than 2% of the overall general category IFQ and an individual or
business entity may not have an ownership interest in more than 5% of the overall general category IFQ.
