The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the corresponding regulations require each grantee under the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind program to submit an annual report to the Commissioner of the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) on essential demographic, service and outcome information. The data to be collected by this information collection will include information related to staff, consumer demographics, cost of services, and services provided. This data will be used to evaluate and construct a profile for the program nationwide. The respondents will be the managers of the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind program in each of the 50 states and territories.
