In order to implement a two-pronged plan to eliminate interference to public safety communications, the Commission requires information necessary to facilitate the relocation of public safety systems onto the new NPSPAC portion of the 800 MHz band and to facilitate the exchange of information between public safety entities and commercial entities to resolve interference incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
