Short Statement: The current OMB inventory is 43,065 burden hours.This collection of information re-quests 41,511.The adjustment decrease of 1,554 hours is due to decreases in the aver-age number of annual responses.The current OMB non-hour cost burden inventory is $1,273,220. This submission requests $558,300.The adjustment de-crease of $714,920 is a result of decreases in the number of annual responses.This de-crease is based upon our actual experience during the 1st year in which these fees were collected.
