Abstract: The Management Services Center (MSC) is one of the Acquisition Centers operating within the General Supplies and Services portfolio of the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). One of the goals of the MSC is to improve customer service to our stakeholders. Our stakeholders can be industry, government agencies, and other GSA employees. The MSC would like to provide a hyperlink on all outgoing emails that invites the recipient to complete a very brief survey and rate the level of service they received during the applicable transaction with GSA. The survey results will be tabulated and management reports will be provided. This feedback allows the MSC to develop action plans to increase our level of effectiveness and ultimately improve the output of the office. This is absolutely voluntary and recipients can feel free to complete as many, or as few, surveys as they wish. To fully implement this concept, the MSC would like to have approval for a 3 year period. We understand that at the end of this period the effectiveness of the survey would need to be reviewed.

Customer response is voluntary. The purpose of the data collection is to measure consumer satisfaction with the services rendered by the employees of the Management Services Center.
