Terms of Clearance: This request is approved under the condition that MSPB report to OMB on each customer satisfaction survey prior to its being administered. MSPB must provide OMB with a copy of the survey instrument and a description of the planned population to which the survey is to be administered. This report to OMB must precede its acministration by at least 14 calendar days during which OMB may make changes to the planned survey after consulting the MSPB. Each of these reports are to be provided to the Desk Officer for MSPB in OMB's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA).
