The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention requests OMB approval of a change request for the information collection currently entitled “Minimum Data Elements / System for Technical Assistance Reporting for the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.”
Previous NOA approved the discontinuance of the collection of infrastructure information through the System for Technical Assistance Reporting (STAR). This change request is solely for the purpose of reflecting this discontinuance of STAR through a name change to “Minimum Data Elements for the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.”
