Abstract: All Federal agencies are required to report information relating to arson and the criminal misuse of explosives in a national repository database maintained by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)-United States Bomb Data Center (USBDC). The ATF USBDC maintains all National Repository databases within the Department of Justice.
