This collection of information submission under the Paperwork Reduction Act is for two forms, one of which will be used for four different programs. The two forms are the subject of two different Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) – one for the H-2A program (RIN 1205-AB55) and the other for the H-2B program (RIN 1205-AB54). Each NPRM contains collection and burden information specific to the program discussed in the NPRM. The regulatory changes necessary to utilize one of the forms in two other programs and the PRA burdens associated with those two other programs will be included in the NPRM for the H-2B program. The attached supporting statement contains the information about all four programs. It is the Job Offer and Required Wage Determination Request form that can potentially be used for two other programs at the Office of Foreign Labor Certification. However, the only burdens listed in ROCIS are those for the H-2B program because that NPRM is currently in its comment period. The public already had 60 days to comment on this information collection under the H-2A NPRM.
