The four attached documents were created to collect information on projects funded under the Partnerships in Character Education Program, PCEP. This collection of data will assist in program planning and management of the PCEP. The collection of data will help to identify (1) areas in which the grantees are experiencing problems in implementing, administering, or meeting grant requirements; (2) impact of the character education project on school, home and community environments; (3) products and materials in character education developed with federal funds; and provide participation feedback on special and annual meeting activities with grantees sponsored by PCEP.
