connection with its countervailing and antidumping duty investigations concerning TBLGs from China (Inv. Nos. 701TA-457 and 731-TA-1153 (Final)). The information requested in the questionnaire is requested under the authority of the
Tariff Act of 1930, title VII. This report is mandatory and failure to reply as directed can result in a subpoena or other
