Abstract: Generic clearance authority to issue questionnaires during the course of the Commission's statutorily mandated import injury investigations. The questionnaires are directed to domestic producers, importers, purchasers, and foreign producers that manufacture or import/purchase merchandise that is either the subject of a filed petition or for which a current antidumping or countervailing duty order is in place. Also, institution notices for the five-year sunset reviews request information and application for administrative protective order in import injury investigations.
