connection with its countervailing duty and antidumping investigations concerning polyethylene retail carrier bags from
Indonesia, Taiwan, and Vietnam (invs. No. 701-TA-462 and 731-TA-1156-1158 (Final)). The information requested in
the questionnaire is requested under the authority of the Tariff Act of 1930, title VII. This report is mandatory and failure
