connection with its countervailing duty and antidumping duty investigations concerning welded stainless steel pressure
pipe from China (Inv. Nos. 701-TA-454 and 731-TA-1144 (Final)). The information requested in the questionnaire is
requested under the authority of the Tariff Act of 1930, title VII. This report is mandatory and failure to reply as directed
