The information called for in this questionnaire is for use by the United States International Trade
Commission in connection with its antidumping duty investigations concerning 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1diphosphonic acid (HEDP) from China and India (Inv. Nos. 731-TA-1146-1147 (Final)). The
information requested in the questionnaire is requested under the authority of the Tariff Act of 1930, title
VII.
