Abstract: The Indian Gaming Regulatory Act requires the approval of gaming management contracts by the NIGC Chairman. The regulations set forth the submission and content requirements for these contracts. The NIGC needs this information when approving, or disapporving, the contracts. Respondents include gaming tribes and management companies.
