Approved consistent with the prior terms of clearance: "Approved consistent with NSF memo submitted to OMB 09/06/05 clarifying that new forms will include pre-filled fields where possible in the interest of decreasing respondent burden. Given the absence of longitudinal data, NSF had indicated that data will not be interpreted to indicate that observed changes are the result of the program. OMB encourages NSF to continue to assess mechanisms for reducing burden on respondents associated with this collection."
