Non-Substantial Change to Forms OF-301 and OF-301a

The Forest Service is proposing a non-substantial change to forms OF-301 and OF-301a, part of Information Collection 0596-0080 - Volunteer Application for Natural Resource Agencies. The current approval for this form expires October 2010.
The Forest Service, on behalf of the Natural Resource Agencies Volunteers Committee requests OMB approval for the following minor changes:
Form OF-301, correction to block 9, numbering incorrect should read, “Based on boxes checked in items 7 and 8…”
Form OF-301, addition of a citizenship question directly under block 9.
Form OF-301a, change in wording. On page 2, in two places wording changed from “Signature of Volunteer Manager/Coordinator” to “Signature of Government Representative.”
These changes do not increase or decrease burden hours.
