Abstract: The MMS collects the information to determine whether an OCS facility will have a significant effect on the air quality and readiness of an offshore lessee to prevent or contain pollution in offshore waters. Respondents are Outer Continental Shelf Federal oil and gas and sulphur lessees and/or operators.
