Short Statement: This is an extension not a revision. The designation of the Round 1 EZs and Enterprise Communities ended on 12/31/2004. However, Congress extended the designations of Round 1 EZs until December 32, 2009. and reporting will be required for implementing their Tax Incentive Utilization Plan.
