JUSTIFICATION FOR THE NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE FOR FCC FORMS 314 AND 315
The Commission received OMB approval for FCC Forms 314 and 315 (OMB Control Number 3060-0031) on June 23, 2008 for a period of three years. The Commission inadvertently included language in both forms that should not have been included. We have deleted the language from both forms. We are now submitting the correct versions of the forms for OMB’s review and approval. Please see the forms under the instrument section in ROCIS. Nothing else with the information collection has changed since the collection was approved by OMB (supporting statement, burdens, rulemaking).
