Abstract: This is a performance management system mandated by the Child and Family Services Improvement Act of 2006.

Emergency Justfication: This collection is mandated by the Child and Family Services Improvement Act of 2006. It is the Regional Partnership Grant Program (RPG) Data Collection effort. The use of emergency processing procedures was approved by Angel Jackson on 7/22/2008.
