Abstract: Forms 1-711, 1-711a, and 1-711b facilitate the collection of data in compliance with the UCR program relating to the number of all law enforcement employees on the payroll of the law enforcement agency as of October 31. Following auditing and processing, the data are published annually in Crime in the United States.
