In order to receive assistance under
Section 509 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 PAIR grantees must
submit an application to the RSA Commissioner, which contains
assurances grantees, must comply with. There are 57 PAIR grantees;
in each State all 57 grantees are to submit an application to be
part of the protection and advocacy system established under the
Act.
