Abstract: The Foreign Travel Management (FTMS) is the Department of Energy's centralized, secured, unclassified system which tracks, records and secures approval of all foreign travel conducted by DOE Federal employees and Contractors. FTMS supports DOE Order 551.1C, "Official Foreign Travel."
