VA erroneously omitted the burden hours and title “Filings of Representatives’ Fee Agreements and Motions for Review of Such Fee Agreements” in the justification seeking approval for 2900-0605. Public Law 109-461 transferred the authority for receipt and review fee agreements from the Board of Veterans' Appeals to the Office of the Secretary. VA published a new regulation (2900-AM62) delegating this authority to the Office of General Counsel. VA submitted a revision removing the Filings of Representatives’ Fee Agreements and Motions for Review of Such Fee Agreements from 2900-0085.
