As part of their commitment to Operation Homecoming: Writing the Wartime Experience, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Southern Arts Federation are conducting an assessment of the Phase II Workshop. The responses to the workshop evaluation survey are important to this process. The survey is divided into two parts. The first five questions will help us understand who is participating in the Workshop and how we might reach a broader range of people. The second part consists of 23 questions designed to identify how participants came to be involved in the workshop, assess what they gained from the workshop and identify any recommendations or weaknesses noted. Workshop participants will be encouraged to be as candid and specific as possible. The survey will take 15 minutes to complete. All responses are voluntary and confidential
