(a) The currently OMB approved hour burden is 109 and this submission requests 116 hours. The adjustment increase of +7 burden hours is a result of the numbers of responses received. (b) The currently OMB approved non-hour cost burden is $1,900. This submission requests an adjustment increase of +$4,136 non-hour cost burden due to having more than one permit. Also, due to an inflation formula, rulemaking increased all cost recovery fees (73 FR 49943, August 25, 2008).
