There was an increase in
responses because we had not been aware of the number of
applications processed except for actual entry of student. There
are more applicants than students because many choose not to
complete the process. However, the time for submitting an
application at SIPI decreased by 10 minutes which made a slight
reduction in burden hours. This was not a result of a change in the
programs, but of additional information. Additionally, while #13 of
the justification goes into student costs aside from enrollment, we
are showing only the $10 per student enrollment fee. If we showed
total fees, an additional $815,075.00 would be added.
