Other change** The purpose of this change sheet is to request an amendment to the currently approved information collection, Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) Enrollment Form, 1845-0002. These minor and technical changes are explained in the attached memo. See attached “0910 Enrollment Form Changes”. There are no changes in the burden hours.
