In accordance with the authority
granted it in section 215 of the Federal Power Act, FERC is
proposing to approve revisions to three Reliability Standards
developed by the North American Reliability Corporation (NERC).
NERC has been certified by FERC as the Electric Reliability
Organization responsible for developing and enforcing mandatory
Reliability Standards. The three Reliability Standards, designated
by NERC as FAC-010-1, FAC-011-1 and FAC-014-1, set requirements for
the development of system operating limits of the Bulk-Power System
for use in planning and operating conditions.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
