Abstract: Used by servicemembers, veterans, and eligible dependents reducing, terminating, withdrawing, graduating and other changes in their current enrollments to inform VA that their education status has changed. VA will use the information on this form (collection)to determine necessary changes in education benefits and adjust the student's award of benefits.

Short Statement: The burden increases slightly due to PL 110-252. We can not predict the number of additional respondents, but believe most will only be electing chapter 33 over another benefit already eligible for. There should be very few new chapter 33 eligible.
