Abstract: The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is conducting a demonstration and evaluation called the Supporting Healthy Marriage (SHM) Project. The project is a large-scale, multi-site, multi-year, rigorous test of marriage education programs for interested low-income married copules.

Short Statement: The purpose of the current submission is to request OMB approval of an extension for the baseline data collection for the Supporting Healthy Marriage Project that is being used in a random assignment design evaluation of marriage education services for low-income married couples in multiple sites. Note -- the burden increase appears because of the change from ICRAS 3 to ICRAS 4. There is no actual increase in total burden.
