As per OMB’s Notice of Action September 16, 2008, the Department has separated the two rulemakings that will be using the same information collection instruments that are the subject of this OMB control number. The two old ICs, which were based on each form, have been removed (but are still visible in the ROCIS system) and replaced with an IC for each rulemaking. The hourly burden in the ICR is for all programs and all rulemakings. The individual burdens are in each IC. The supporting statement in the ICR is a summary of the hourly burdens, costs to the public, and costs to the Federal government. Complete supporting statements are in each IC.
