The revisions
proposed in the December 31, 2008 Information Collection Request
for OMB Control Number 3206-0005 are not approved. Per the letter
from OPM Acting Director Kathie Anne Whipple to OMB Director Peter
Orszag, dated 2/18/09, OMB is approving for a period of one year
the 3206-0005 collection in the version previously approved, in
order to provide the current Administrations officials at OPM and
other concerned agencies the opportunity to review the collection
and propose revisions as necessary based on their review. The
previous terms of clearance remain in effect. Six months before the
expiration of this approval, OPM must provide OMB a status report
of the review.
