Based on our experience in
administering this program, we adjusted our estimate of the number
of responses from two to one, which resulted in a decrease of 3,200
burden hours (from 6,400 to 3,200 hours). We increased our estimate
of the nonhour burden cost to $25,000 per application. However,
because we have decreased the number of responses, the result is a
decrease of $9,000 from our previous submittal.
