SUBJECT: Annual Vocational Rehabilitation Program/Cost Report (RSA-2)
POLICY
STATEMENT: This is to inform you that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the continued use of the Annual Vocational Rehabilitation Program/Cost Report (RSA-2) through __________, 2012. The OMB control number for this data collection remains the same: 1820-0017.
We have not changed the instructions for any of the elements of the RSA-2 for this extension.
The Annual Vocational Rehabilitation Program/Cost Report (RSA-2) includes: expenditures for administration; expenditures for service for individuals with disabilities provided by the state VR agency and purchased outside the agency; expenditures for groups of individuals with disabilities; expenditures broken down by service category and individuals served; VR staff composition reported by person years; and an analysis of carryover funds. These data are used to evaluate and monitor the financial performance and achievements of state VR agencies.
