• If your firm operates plants in more than one state, separate reports should be prepared for each state.

• Report total capacity and stocks in storage facilities operated by your firm.

• If your firm operates more than one Mill, Elevator, or Warehouse in Iowa

  • report total data for all plants if individual plants do not report.

  • report only your plant’s data if individual plants do report.

• INCLUDE both bulk and sacked capacity in the rated storage capacity.

• INCLUDE all grain stored in your facilities and/or piles (temporarily stored) regardless of ownership for farmers, elevators, millers, processors, farmer owned reserve, under loan, and the Government Commodity Credit Corporation. Include grain to be used for seed.
