(Stocks and Prices Annual)

The Department of Agriculture will make estimates of fall potato stocks on farms and in the hands of dealers, shippers and warehousemen each month from December 1 through May 1 in states producing fall potatoes. Your help is needed to measure these stocks during the storage season. Information is also needed to accurately estimate prices and quantities of potatoes marketed. Information for your operation will be kept confidential and combined with other reports to make official estimates. Your response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law. Your cooperation is needed and appreciated

Please make corrections to name, address and Zip Code, if necessary.
