However, your report will be very helpful in accurately estimating the State’s potato stocks. Your report will be kept confidential. The enclosed envelope requires no stamp. Thank you.



INSTRUCTIONS:

List each storage or cellar operated by your packing and shipping operation, regardless of ownership, even if it is now empty.

Capacity is defined as the maximum quantity of potatoes that can be stored in each storage or cellar.

Exclude potatoes you have contracted to purchase but are still held in the farmer controlled storage.
